The event details

• 2000pts 2v2 Doubles (1000pts per person) with a max of 20 players
• Missions will be generated with the Tempest of War rules. No faction secondaries will be in use.
• 3 games
• Unique "CF related rules” - each game will have an additional condition added to it to make games a bit more tricky/spicy - find out what they are on the day! These will be themed around the disadvantages and symptoms that people with CF deal with on a day to day basis.
• Each player needs to buy a ticket.

Teams need to bring

• Their painted and based army (See section below).
• Dice, Measures, and any other gaming aids you need to play your army.
• 6 objective markers
• Rules, Codexes, and where appropriate a copy of the relevant FAQ.
• It is recommended that your team of two players brings a pack. We will have a limited number on hand in case some forget, however you may be expected to use a digital alternative.

The charity details

The aim of this event is to help fundraise for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust via Alex Young who has been nominated by the charity to run the London Marathon in April on their behalf. Alex is the godfather of Summer, a young girl with Cystic Fibrosis and her father Matt is a regular at Warpstorm and will both be in attendance to help run the event along with other volunteers.

Painting & Modeling Requirements

All conversions & proxies should bear a logical resemblance to the original model & should be of comparable dimensions to the latest official model.

WYSIWYG is our ideal please strive to meet this across your force.If you are using non-standard models, it is your responsibility to make sure your opponent does not have to keep asking what is what.

All models should be painted and based to GW’s “Battle Ready” standard in order to score the allocated 10 bonus victory points.

Whilst nobody truly enjoys facing off against grey plastic, we realise this is a social event and life can stop us from picking up a brush. The majority of your army (50% plus of the models) must be painted in a coordinated

and appropriate scheme for your chosen army: some mismatched or unpainted models are therefore allowed but you will not score the 10 victory points allocated to painting.
